No announcement from the Red Sox as of 7:30 p.m...nothing imminent as far as a conference call or press conference as of yet. The assembled media, which is growing by the minute in the Fenway Park press box, is munching on Baked Lays Chips and drinking water...

Oh yeah...I just bought myself a ginormous Red Bull to give me some wings while we play the Red Sox waiting game. Check in a bit later.

Here's an interesting speculation tidbit...several people have hinted that there might be an additional player involved in the trade
